白俊英，女，江南大学食品科学与工程专业博士，西南大学讲师，中国食品科学与技术学会会员。主要从事食品营养与健康、天然产物研究与开发等方面的研究工作，研究方向主要集中在柑桔成分开发与利用、食品酶的发掘及功能强化、食品微生物与肠道菌群、多组学联用技术等。
近五年，在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Food & Function、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Food Science and Human Wellness、Food Bioscience等专业期刊发表论文10余篇，以第一作者在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》和《Food & Function》杂志发表的论文分别有一篇获邀封面文章，另有一篇《食品研究与开发》获得2022年度优秀论文。参与包括国家自然科学基金（面上项目及青年项目）、江苏省自然基金以及企业技术开发项目若干。参与指导研究生多名。
