何永睿，男，1974年8月出生。博士，副研究员，所长助理，国家柑桔品种改良中心副主任，西南大学柑橘研究所纪委委员。重庆市生化与分子生物学会理事，重庆市园艺学会理事。1996年西南农业大学农学系毕业至今一直在西南大学（中国农业科学院）柑桔研究所从事果树生物技术和遗传育种研究。主持“863”项目子课题等国家和省部级项目10余项。主研建立了柑橘安全高效可控遗传转化技术体系，获得各类转基因柑橘材料2000余份。工作以来作为第一作者或主要完成人发表论文40余篇。作为重要成员获得重庆市科学技术成果2项、柑橘新品种审定3个、授权国家发明专利2项。

2011年1月-2015年12月，主持科技部农村领域国家科技计划“863”项目子课题：“柑桔抗病分子育种与品种创制”，经费140万元。
2011年1月-2015年12月，主持农业部“引进国际先进农业科学技术/948”项目子课题：“重要果树基因资源发掘与创新的关键技术合作研发”，经费100万元。
2014年1月-2016年2月，主持校基本科研业务费重大项目：“CsLOB基因与不同柑橘品种抗感溃疡病差异研究及其定点编辑对柑橘抗病性影响”，经费20万元。
2011年1月-2013年12月，主持重庆市重点实验室专项经费课题：“转基因柑桔产品精准检测技术研究”，经费8万元。
